All our shipments are free of charge shipping costs are already included in your purchase price. We work with trusted international carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Made to order

Every doll is created specially for you after purchase. We don’t keep stock – your doll is handcrafted and customized from scratch. The production process usually takes 14–21 days before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times (after production)

FedEx: 10–12 days
UPS: 10–18 days
DHL: 10–18 days

These delivery times are based on past experience but should be considered approximate. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your doll has been manufactured and we’ve confirmed it with you by email, you will receive a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your shipment step by step until it arrives at your door.

📦 Shipping with Customs Duties Included (DDP) 📦

When you order from us, we want delivery to be as simple as possible. That’s why, for most destinations, we use DDP. Delivered Duty Paid shipping.

In practice, this means we take care of all import-related formalities on your behalf: customs clearance, taxes, and duties.

Your parcel is shipped on an “all-inclusive” basis, so you won’t have to pay anything extra upon arrival just track your order and wait for it to be delivered straight to your door.
